Market Update
Compiled here is a history of my “Market Update” emails to my clients to help keep them in the loop of any changes in the mortgage industry and also any changes in rates and where rates may be going in the future. The Bank of Canada meets eight times a year, and after each meeting I send out a quick update to my clients letting them know in “layman” terms what happened, why it happened and what it means to them. I also take note of Analyst and Economist predictions of where rates may be going in the future.
